I love this recipe because the ingredients prepare you to make not 1 but 3 loaves of pumpkin bread! I like to make one loaf plain, one with raisins, and one with chocolate chips. The bread freezes beautifully so, if you aren’t a glutton like me, you can stash one or two away. Perfect for stocking up for the fall, to have on hand for impromptu guests, or to give away to friends. You will NOT regret making this bread. Enjoy!
